Before you call
Am I locked into a long contract?
No long-term risk. If you're not satisfied in your first 90 days, we cancel the agreement and refund the management fees collected in that period.
Can you manage a seasonal or furnished rental?
Yes. Seasonal and vacation rentals are managed at 15% of rent, and we can show you how seasonal income compares with an annual lease.
I live out of state. Is that a problem?
Many of our owners live elsewhere. You'll see statements and activity in the owner portal and get updates from a manager who knows your property.
What about hurricanes?
Ask us about pre-storm prep and post-storm inspections on your call, so you know your property's condition and can document any claim.
