Residents submit requests anytime through our secure online portal, the Propertyware Resident Login. Once a request comes in, our team acknowledges it, coordinates the right vendor, and keeps you informed, with coverage every night, weekend, and holiday.
No Conflict of Interest
We don't employ in-house maintenance staff or upcharge service calls. Everything is subcontracted, so we never profit from repairs at your expense. Managing hundreds of properties gives us leverage to negotiate better vendor pricing, and for most repairs (and always for jobs over $500) we get three competitive bids. Since we don't benefit either way, you're free to use your own preferred vendor if you have one.
You're Always in Control
No work is ever done without your approval, regardless of cost, unless it's a true emergency (no water or active flooding). Anyone on our team who orders unapproved work is personally responsible for the bill, not you.
Full Transparency
Every vendor bill is included in your monthly Owner Statement and always available through your Owner Portal, giving you a clear, itemized record of spending at no extra cost.
